Uzuno-no-oka Restaurant with a spectacular view" was introduced in the June issue of Jalan Kansai!
The restaurant boasts a location overlooking the Naruto Straits. Recommended in early summer is the fresh shirasu (fresh young sardines) caught at Iwaya Port on Awaji Island. Try it first with special sauce, then with warm dashi broth in a chazuke style.
