"Prefectural Newsletter: Hyogo" — "Uzu no Oka: The Restaurant with a Spectacular View" was featured in GOKOKU!
Minami-Awaji City and Naruto City in Tokushima Prefecture, which face each other across the Naruto Strait—famous for its whirlpools—are collaborating to promote the “Uzu no Sachi Gourmet” initiative. Twenty restaurants are currently offering menus that feature at least three types of seafood from the waters near the Naruto Strait and at least one specialty ingredient from each city. You can enjoy a special dining experience, including talks by “Uzu no Sachi Meisters”—culinary ambassadors—who share insights about local ingredients.
