Allergy Policy

For customers with allergies

At "Uzu no Oka", we have the following policy for customers with food allergies.

Our Basic Policy on Food Allergy Compliance

Our kitchen handles foods and ingredients that contain allergens such as eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, buckwheat, and crab, which are specified raw materials in our daily cooking operations, and we use the same cooking utensils and cooking oil for cooking. Although dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned, there is a possibility that a small amount of allergenic substances may be mixed in the food due to the environment of the kitchen facilities.
Therefore,Please understand in advance that we are an establishment that cannot provide food with allergens completely removed.
