This fugu nabe has a very creamy and rich flavor because the albacore is dissolved in the broth. It is served with ponzu jelly.

A course priced at 13,200 yen (tax included) includes deep-fried fugu, seared fugu nigirizushi, and fresh sea urchin porridge.
