First, dip the pike conger in the sea urchin soup and cook until golden brown.
Please enjoy it shabu-shabu.
Shabu-shabu, or shabu-shabu with raw sea urchin, is another luxurious way to eat sea urchin.
Finally, add rice and condiments to the sea urchin soup and enjoy the full flavor of the sea urchin.
The meal is topped off with a "zosui" (a porridge of sea urchin).
