As the name implies, the "Uzuno-oka Restaurant with a Superb View" located in the "Uzuno-oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall" offers a spectacular view of the Naruto Straits and Onaruto Bridge through the glass while you dine. Here you can enjoy a variety of unique and exquisite dishes that take advantage of the fresh ingredients of Awaji Island, such as sea urchin, Awaji beef, seasonal fish, and sweets. One of the recommended dishes is "Dekkai! One of the recommended dishes is the "huge!" octopus tataki chahan (3,520 yen), a new specialty that has been rapidly viewed more than 15 million times on SNS. A whole octopus leg from a fishing port on Awaji Island is seared and cut into a soft and tender texture. The standard way to eat it is with your favorite sauce, such as Tosa soy sauce or ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice). The other is the Uzu no Oka Kaisen Uni Shabu (5,280 yen). Fresh seafood is shabu-shabu in a rich broth based on fresh sea urchin from Awaji Island. It is a luxurious nabe in which you can enjoy the seasonality of Awaji Island. The dish is a true sea urchin feast, complete with rice porridge for the end!
