Uzu no Oka Restaurant is located on the second floor of the Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall. Enjoy a relaxing meal while overlooking the Naruto Straits and the Shikoku mountain range. The restaurant boasts dishes that use plenty of seafood from Awaji Island.

The "Uni Shabu" (sea urchin shabu), in which fresh seafood skewers are dipped in a thick, rich broth based on fresh Awaji Island sea urchin, and the zosui (rice porridge) at the end of the meal, in which the umami of the sea urchin is concentrated, also impresses diners. Awaji Island cherry salmon and Awaji Island cherry sea bream, which herald spring on Awaji Island, are served in a nabe that is refreshing in taste and appearance, using Awaji Island lemons. The dish concludes with a bowl of nyumen noodles filled with somen noodles produced in Awaji Island. Available from March through May.
