Please taste the charm of Awaji Island products including "Awaji Island Ebisu Tai"!

Our "Island Tai-meshi" (sea bream rice) was introduced in the Autumn issue of Mare 2023, a marine information magazine!
Uzunooka Restaurant Uzunooka, located in the Uzunooka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall complex overlooking the Naruto Straits at the southern tip of the island, also offers seasonal dishes using ingredients from Awaji Island. The "Island Tai-meshi" (sea bream rice) using Awaji Island Ebisu-tai (sea bream) is one of the popular menu items. Yasuyuki Fujimi, executive chef, is in charge of the kitchen. I was born and raised on Awaji Island. I grew up on Awaji Island, which offers a wide variety of seafood and mountain produce. That is why I hold the knife every day, hoping that our customers can enjoy the richness of the island's ingredients to their heart's content.
