Island sea bream rice 2,310 yen
Two types of Awaji Island Ebisu sea bream sashimi and kama (kama grilled with salt) minus the pine bark and skin, served with island wakame seaweed, special soy sauce & Japanese broth, or any other way you prefer.

First, top with sashimi and wakame seaweed and serve with a bowl of seafood in special soy sauce, then top with egg yolk and serve over rice with an egg. You will be amazed at the meat and eggs in the pot!
The last one is grilled sea bream kama with salt. The last dish is grilled sea bream kama with Japanese soup stock.
I also recommend pouring broth over the rice after the egg and making it like a Yanagawa nabe.

The tidal current is far away and bait is abundant! Natural sea bream grown in good fishing grounds
Awajishima Ebisudai is a natural sea bream landed on Awaji Island. It is especially delicious in autumn, when it is fatty, and is also called Momiji nabe.

Beyond the large glass windows, the view of Onaruto Bridge & Naruto Straits spreads out. The restaurant also has onion-shaped box-type tables.
