Awaji Island Hamo (Japanese conger eel) menu is on sale from today!
As last year, we had a basic "Hamo Shabu Course" featuring Awaji Island hamo (pike conger eel).

In addition to hamo shabu, you can enjoy grilled hamo sashimi, hamo tempura and two types of vegetables from the island, hamo no ochire and soboromegashi.
And! You can enjoy "hamo" (pike conger eel), the summer season in Awaji Island, and rare red sea urchin only available during this season!

The hamo meat is dipped in sea urchin broth and shabu-shabu-shabu until golden brown.
You can enjoy the aroma of sea urchin, a good texture, and the protein-rich taste of hamo (^^)
And finally, rice is added to the sea urchin soup,
The dish is finished off with a delicious sea urchin porridge!
