Awajishima 3-year torafugu (pufferfish) with red pepper sauce and fresh sea urchin.

Awaji Island 3-year torafugu (blowfish) meat is used generously to make a luxurious "shinjo" (*^^*).

And on top of that, it is topped with "Awaji Island's exquisite fresh sea urchin"!
