The grilled hamo is grilled until charred and served with lemon and salt to taste.
If you grill the hamo thoroughly, the fat from the hamo will be released and the flavor will spread throughout the hamo meat, making it even more delicious.
We also offer a 3,000 yen (excluding tax) course and a la carte menus such as hamo tempura, hamo sashimi and yubiki assorted pike congeries.
