The top layer of Awaji beef and egg yolk from a free-range egg on the island are combined to create a rich flavor. To top it all off, the island octopus dipped in a salty sauce is poured over the rice. Enjoy it with a bowl of cherry salmon milk soup and marinated colorful vegetables.
