本日は、現在淡路島全土で展開されている「淡路島の生しらす2025」プロジェクトの参加メニュー「淡路の生しらす味めぐり丼」を頂きました。淡路市岩屋港で漁獲されるブランド食材『淡路島の生しらす』を使用し、島内全土の各参加店舗が独自メニューを競う本プロジェクトは、今年で15回目。同店も毎年参加しています。こちらがその「淡路の生しらす味めぐり丼」です。料理長の森一仁さんによれば「最初は特製ダレをかけて丼風に、次に温かい出汁を注いでお茶漬け風にと、2通りの“味めぐり”が楽しめます」とのこと。etc…
