What a surprise! Our popular menu "Awaji Beef Meat Shabu Shabu" has been renewed as Tantan Nudo!
After shabu-shabu with Awaji beef in a rich broth,

Awaji Island Nudoro with broth poured over it and topped with Awaji beef meat miso and condiments.
Please enjoy this dish with dandan noodle which is filled with the flavor of Awaji beef! (^^)!

The winter limited menu "Awaji Island Sea bream Somen" will also be available from tomorrow☆.
This year, instead of Awaji Island Nudo, somen noodles made from Awaji Island wheat are used.
The smooth and glutinous somen intertwines with the tasty red snapper in the broth,
It is an elegant and satisfying dish!
