I would like to introduce the varieties of rice we use in our restaurant.
The rice used is Mr. Kumekawa's Awaji rice, which the chef was captivated by!
The variety is Hinohikari. It is a matured rice, and although small in size, the grains are thick and tasty with a good balance of taste, consistency, and aroma.
At Uzu no Oka, we offer the most delicious seasonal rice available at that time of year.
