Thank you very much for visiting Uzu no Oka Restaurant with a spectacular view. We are pleased to announce the launch of a new menu item from Uzu no Oka, a restaurant with a spectacular view, to support "Awaiichi" on Awaji Island!
The "Awaiichi" is a 150-km cycling course that circles the outer circumference of the island in a clockwise direction.
Hyogo Prefecture is taking advantage of the high potential of Awaji Island as a cycling area to promote tourism through cycling. Of course, touring by motorcycle is also recommended.
At Uzu no Oka, we will support Awaiichi with all our might, and have them aim for the goal of the onion! and

The "mountain" foods are boldly prepared.

This [Yama] ver curry is made with Awaji Island onion paste, which gives the curry roux a spicy yet sweet onion flavor.
Awajishima Ebisu Mochi Pork" is slowly cooked at low temperature, then grilled with garlic chips and served with chunks of meat made into "manga meat" like in comic books!

This [sea] Ver curry roux is combined with a sea bream broth made by slowly simmering island sea bream ara to create a seafood curry.
It will be served with seafood from each region of the island. When you challenge Awaiichi, you may also enjoy visiting the fishing ports where the ingredients for this curry are caught!

Awaji Island has a thriving agriculture, livestock breeding, and fishing industry, and is dotted with a variety of attractive foods.
We made this curry with the hope that visitors will enjoy Awaiichi by touring the places where the ingredients were grown and stopping by the Uzu-no-Oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum for a final taste of this curry.
