Awajishima 3-year torafugu (blowfish), Mifuku nabe course with albacore soup
are available.

First, fugu ara and fillet are put into the albacore soup stock.
When the broth comes to a boil, add the fugu meat and serve with ponzu jelly.

Awaji Island lettuce is served rolled up with fugu and ponzu jelly on top, or
It can also be enjoyed as an ingredient in hot pots.
At the end of the meal, please enjoy the milt soup with rice, egg, and yakumi (condiments) in a bowl of milt broth Zosui (rice porridge with milt broth)!
