I would like to introduce "Awaji Island Hamo Wontons" and "Island Salad".

First, I would like to introduce "Hamo Wontan" (hamo wontons)!

Awaji Island Hamo Wontan (hamo wontan)" is a dish made with hamo (hamo pike conger),

Hamo hamo and onion in a delicious broth with hamo hamo from Awaji Island and shiso leaves wrapped in wontons,

I let it soak in well!

Served with a special seasoning sauce accented with sansho (Japanese pepper).

Next, we will introduce a menu participating in the Island Salad Project.

Awaji Island vegetables, Awaji beef roast beef, and Awaji Island caciocavallo cheese.

It is a dish that is all about Awaji Island in combination!

Cacho Cavallo cheese is rich in milk flavor.

It mildly enhances the sweetness of Awaji Island vegetables☆.
