The broth is made from each of them, and the appearance of the soup is also a pleasure to enjoy.

It will be served as a puru-puru dashi ball.

When the soup stock ball dissolves and comes to a boil, add onion slices and half of the potherb mustard.

First the sea bream, then the meat shabu-shabu with vegetables.

Please enjoy it with our special miso sauce.

Next, the miso sauce is dissolved in the broth and Awajishima somen noodles are added!

Please enjoy it in miso ramen style (^^)

Finally, rice is added to the broth and sprinkled with cheese and black pepper.
