
The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Uzu-no-oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall.
The restaurant has an excellent view of the Naruto Straits and Onaruto Bridge from the window, and offers a menu that uses plenty of seafood from the sea and mountains of Awaji Island.
The ingredients used range from fresh sea urchin and Awaji beef to seasonal fresh fish such as hamo (eel) and shirasu (baby sardine), and the menu is so extensive that it is hard to keep your eyes open.

Uzu no Oka Seafood Sea Urchin Shabu
The most popular menu item is a sumptuous dish of Awaji Island's exquisite raw sea urchin.
Shabu-shabu with raw sea urchin and fresh seafood in a broth rich in sea urchin flavor, with rice added to the broth for the final dish of rice porridge.
■Awaji Beef! unagi hitsu-mabushi (eel on rice)
The rice is topped with red meat from Awaji beef and fresh sea urchin from Awaji Island, which fills the mouth with the flavor of the meat and sea urchin when poured over the special sea urchin soy sauce that has the aroma and flavor of sea urchin. It is also delicious as chazuke (rice with green tea) with hot bonito broth.
