Uzu no Oka Seafood Sea Urchin Shabu
The most popular menu item that allows you to enjoy the best raw sea urchin from Awaji Island in a luxurious way. Shabu-shabu with raw sea urchin and fresh seafood in a broth rich in sea urchin flavor, with rice added to the broth for the final dish of rice porridge.

■Awaji Beef! unagi hitsu-mabushi (eel on rice)
The rice is topped with red meat from Awaji beef and fresh sea urchin from Awaji Island, which fills the rice box with the aroma and flavor of the meat and sea urchin when poured over the special sea urchin soy sauce. It is also delicious as chazuke (rice with green tea) with hot bonito broth.
