Visitors can enjoy island seafood and gourmet Awaji beef while gazing out over the Naruto Straits. Among them, red sea urchin from Yura, which can only be enjoyed from June to early October, is a rare delicacy and is said to be a phantom of sea urchin! Be sure to try it in a variety of dishes.
The "Island's Golden Ratio" is Awaji beef with the richness of raw uni and egg yolk.
Skewers of seafood are dipped into the rich sea urchin soup for a luxurious experience. Finish with sea urchin porridge.
