The season of "Awaji Island 3-year Torafugu Bifuku Nabe Course" has come again this year!

Mifuku-nabe" is a nabe made by combining the words "fugu" and "fuku," and is only available in Minami-Awaji to promote the appeal of Awaji Island 3-year torafugu.

The main ingredient is Awaji Island 3-year torafugu (blowfish), and the collagen-rich blowfish skin is used as an ingredient in the nabe.

As long as the seven articles are strictly adhered to, the cooking method and seasoning are left to the individuality of each restaurant.

 

We use a creamy "special milt soup" as the broth for our nabe. The flavor of the milt enhances the deliciousness of the torafugu nabe broth, making it a luxurious nabe experience.

 

And after the fugu nabe, we will serve zosui (rice porridge) as a finale.

The "Zosui (rice porridge) with milt soup" made with milt soup in which the flavor of fugu (puffer fish) and milt (white fish) are melted together is an exquisite dish itself!

We offer two courses of such "Bifuku Nabe" at our restaurant.

 

Also, on the 2nd and 3rd of the New Year, the first 150 pairs of visitors will receive a "New Year's gift" unique to Awaji Island!
