Awaji beef and Awaji Island onions served on a hoja,
A rich broth based on fresh sea urchin,
Topped with "Uni Miso", a combination of island egg and special miso paste, and baked.
Awaji Beef is grilled with sea urchin miso and hoja-yaki.
We will serve it wrapped in a hoja leaf,
You will also enjoy the aroma that spreads the moment you open it.
When serving, please pour sea urchin soy sauce over the top!
