Awaji Island's fresh shirasu rice bowls will be released on April 26!

This year, 56 Awaji Island restaurants are participating in the fresh shirasu rice bowl project!

The fresh shirasu (baby sardine) bowl at Uzu no Oka, a restaurant with a spectacular view,

The "Awaji Island Fresh Shirasu Aji-meguri-don" is a bowl of rice topped with a fresh shirasu clam!

Fresh shirasu is served simply and boldly.

Fresh raw shirasu is first served with a special sauce,

Finally, warm special broth is poured over the dish,

Please eat it in the style of ochazuke (rice with green tea)!

In addition, we also offer a "Gutsumari-sumari" with 1.5 times the amount of rice and fresh shirasu.
