This summer, eight new one-dish menus have been added to the spectacular Uzu no Oka restaurant!
Newly added to the menu are,

Awajishima Yamitsuki Onion
Grilled Unigiri on the island
Sea Urchin Egg in Dashi broth
Thinly sliced local octopus from the island
Awaji beef rare part steak (3 kinds)
Shrimp and Shrimp Tang
The total number of products is 8!
Of course, we are very particular about ingredients from Awaji Island, and our menu is full of one-dish dishes that make full use of the quality of the ingredients.
