Awajishima Beef Bowl Project Menu Awaji beef, which is lean and well-seasoned, is served in a beef bowl with Awajishima onions and special soup stock. The tender meat, richness and flavor are unique to Awaji beef. The sweetness of Awajishima onions is further enhanced by stewing the thick onions, which are procured from contract farmers. You can also enjoy the marriage of the rice produced by Mr. Kumekawa, a rice contest winner who is particular about the climate, soil, and water of Awaji Island.
