This dish won the Excellence Award at the 11th Awaji Island Creative Cooking Contest with the theme of "Awaji Island Onions.
I created this dish so that people can fully enjoy the deliciousness of Awaji Island onions themselves.
It is served with "special Awaji beef miso" made from Awaji beef and red miso!
