Today, a vegetable that is popular in home gardens and grown by the staff (vegetable sommelier) here at the store.
We harvested home-grown wasabi (mustard greens) and mizuna (potherb mustard).
Wasabi greens have a spiciness unique to mustard greens and can be used as a garnish for sashimi.
I use it or mix it into salads.
We look forward to welcoming many more customers tomorrow.
