In this issue, we would like to introduce Uzuchio World Heritage Curry, a popular menu item at Uzuchio Hill.

The rice is shaped like Awaji Island and the sliced roasted onion rings resemble a whirlpool.
You can see the entire Awaji Island in the dish and know at a glance where the whirlpools are rolling.
It is a curry.
There are three flavors!
Awajishima Curry, Awajishima Pork (Golden Boar Pork) Curry, Awajishima Shirasu Curry!
We recommend the Awajishima Half & Half Curry, which offers a choice of two of these three types.
