New Menu! Awajishima Pork Nokkare Nudoro (Awaji Island Pork Nokkare Nudoro)

We are pleased to announce the newest addition to our menu, "Awaji Island Pork Nokkare Nudoru".
Introduction.
Awajishima Pork, a special curry and Awajishima Nudo, which was born on Awaji Island from the crossbreeding of Kurobuta pork and wild boar pork.
This is the menu we used.
Awaji Island pork fat, sinew and konjak are stewed in a sweet and spicy flavor!
Top with a hot-spring egg and serve with rice for a risotto-like dish.

Recommended for children who love noodles and those who do not like spicy food!
