From November, we will be offering a 3-year torafugu nabe dish using 3-year torafugu from Awaji Island.
The 3-year-old Awaji Island fish is quite firm, and you can taste the texture of eating chicken instead of fish.
We have four types of fugu nabe menus, all of which come with fugu sushi, making it a great value.
We hope you will try our 3-year torafugu from Awaji Island, and we hope you will also enjoy our zosui (rice porridge) with fugu broth at the end of the meal.
