Kaisen Hitsujimabushi" with three different delights

Our restaurant is offering a new menu from November.
The new menu item is "Kaisen Hitsujimabushi," which offers three different tastes.
First, it is served as it is with chirashi-sushi, then with a little wasabi mixed with soy sauce and wasabi soy sauce, and finally with the chef's special broth to be served as chazuke.
Sushi rice and soup stock...
The taste is actually a good match and a good way to end the meal.
We hope you will try our Kaisen Hitsumabushi, which is carefully arranged in a colorful array of fish, many of which are caught in the waters around Awaji Island.
