Our restaurant is offering a special menu featuring the best seasoned swordfish from Minami-Awaji City.
This menu consists of one whole swordfish, which can be served as sashimi, shabu-shabu in the chef's special broth, or seared on a plate and served as seared swordfish.
Please compare the various ways of eating one menu item and enjoy it the way customers prefer.
And as a final touch, rice is added to the shabu-shabu broth to make zosui (rice porridge)!
