Special limited menu!

Thank you very much for visiting Uzu no Oka Restaurant with a spectacular view.
Our restaurant has prepared a special menu with a limited quantity of local swordfish, which is in season now.
Dashi shabu-shabu of swordfish and grilled sushi set of swordfish.
This menu item is served with a whole sashimi of local Minami-Awaji city swordfish, shabu-shabu in a special broth, and seared slightly on a mini plate to give it a different texture.
The final dish is a popular menu item for customers, who can enjoy it with zosui (rice porridge) in the special soup stock after shabu-shabu, so we hope many customers will try it.
