Finally, I could see the spectacular view!

The ocean view of the Naruto Straits is spectacular!
Until yesterday, the weather had been so selfish that we sometimes couldn't see the spectacular scenery, and sometimes we could.
Must-see information!
The excellent red sea urchin is not in stock today, though,
Uni shabu soup with red sea urchin is available!
The soup is so good that a customer from Kobe who visited the restaurant once came back a week later!

The image shows hamo (pike conger eel), which is in season now, being shabushabu-shabu in sea urchin soup.
To finish, put rice in this sea urchin soup and make it into a porridge!　Your tongue will be delighted!
Today, there is no red sea urchin itself, though,
Shabu-shabu (fish in sea urchin soup) is available for 2,700 yen (tax not included).
We are looking forward to welcoming many visitors to our restaurant today with its spectacular view!
