Our sea urchin shabu shabu is a luxurious dish in which skewered fish is served in our chef's special sea urchin broth, and rice is added to the top of the shabu shabu shabu.
We use only locally caught sea urchins, so please call us to confirm that red sea urchins are available.

The "Uzu no Oka Kaisen Uni Shabu" is usually served with raw red sea urchin, but if red sea urchin is not in stock, we will prepare the "Uzu no Oka Kaisen Uni Shabu" for ¥2,700 (tax not included) with 8 seafood skewers of seasonal fish instead of the usual 6 skewers. We look forward to serving you.
