It's seafood sea urchin shabu!
The fish skewered here is served in the chef's special sea urchin soup, and the fish and the sea urchin soup go well together, and the shabu shabu makes the aroma of the sea even deeper, giving the dish a flavor that is too delicious for words.
After shabu-shabu, we add rice and finish the dish with sea urchin porridge, which has absolutely no odor and allows you to enjoy the true taste of sea urchin.
