Thank you very much for visiting Uzu no Oka Restaurant with a spectacular view.
Our restaurant receives special wholesale orders from fishermen for local sand octopus from Minami-Awaji City exclusively for our restaurant.
While ordinary octopuses have a distinctive odor because they eat seaweed, sand octopuses, like Akashi octopuses, eat crustaceans such as shrimp and crabs, so they have no odor and the more you chew them, the more delicious they become.
The sand octopus is specially prepared by our chef so that it is so tender that even customers who have actually tasted it are concerned about how it is cooked.
We hope you will try our Jidako Tsubo-Meshi, which is rice topped with hot rice cooked with such soft-cooked sand octopus.
We look forward to welcoming many customers today.
A special menu only at our restaurant!
