Awaji Island onions are characterized as "soft," "sweet," and "less pungent" because they grow in a climate and climate suitable for onions.
Basically, onions are harvested from March to May after sowing in September and planting in October! Soft and fresh! Fresh! They are particularly attractive because they are less pungent and "sweet, soft, and fresh!
