Uzushio World Heritage Curry" looks and tastes memorable
The unique curry was conceived with the wish to make "Naruto's whirlpools" a world product! This unique curry was conceived with the wish to make the "Naruto whirlpools" a global product. The rice is served in the shape of Awaji Island and is garnished with sliced roasted onions in a whirlpool motif. The tenderness of the "Island Octopus Tataki Chashoku" will impress you.
This specialty dish is made from a whole octopus leg, a specialty of the area. The octopus leg is cut with a knife to form a bellows shape, making it surprisingly tender. Cut it into easy-to-eat pieces and serve with your favorite sauce such as Tosa soy sauce, ponzu (Japanese citrus juice), or ume sauce.
