Special menu with limited quantity!

Thank you very much for visiting Uzu no Oka Restaurant with a spectacular view.
Our restaurant has prepared a special menu with a limited quantity of "Minami Awaji no Tachi-gai" (swordfish from Minami Awaji).
This menu comes with a whole sashimi of swordfish, which is in season now, and can also be served as swordfish shabushabu in the chef's special broth.
You can also grill swordfish nigiri on a mini plate and serve it as yaki-zushi, or even grill a bit of swordfish zaki-zakari for a different taste.
The meat of the swordfish has a firm texture and a very elegant taste.
The final dish is a rice porridge made from the broth of the shabu-shabu fish, so why don't you enjoy a little bit of luxury for lunch?
