Many customers have come to the restaurant due to the Obon season.
Recently, the "Kaisen Uni Shabu" (sea urchin shabu), which was recently introduced on Ohayo Asahi, has been well received by our customers and they are very satisfied with it.
Under normal circumstances, fresh red sea urchin would be included, but due to bad weather conditions, it has been difficult to get sea urchin in stock.
For this reason, we offer 8 seafood skewers instead of 6.
The dish can be finished with rice and sea urchin porridge, which is a little bit of luxury.
