The many different flavors of sashimi, rice bowls, chazuke (rice with green tea), and other dishes are impressive!
A restaurant with a view of the Onaruto Bridge. Sea bream is available in two types: sashimi and matsubikazukuri, in which the skinned fish is boiled and cooled in cold water, and can be enjoyed in your favorite way, such as on a bowl of rice or in chazuke (rice with tea leaves). The restaurant also offers grilled sea bream kama (kama of the sea bream).This is what we care about!
First as sashimi, then as a tai well on top of rice, then as tai rice with egg, and finally as tai chazuke. Then, try it with tamagokake gohan style, and finally with tai chazuke, a dish that can be enjoyed in a wide variety of ways.
Sea bream meat and island wakame seaweed are well mixed with special soy sauce and wasabi, and served over hot rice.
Rice with thick yolk and sea bream meat in the style of tamagokake gohan (rice topped with egg). Rice topped with tai fish meat and yakumi (condiments), and dashi (Japanese soup stock) is poured over the rice and served plain.
