The first one is "Awaji Island Sakura trout sashimi - raw and seared"!

â-¥Nama raw, you can taste the fatty flavor of the belly, and seared, you can taste the delicious flavor and aroma.â
Soy sauce, olive oil and lemon salt are available.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
And "Awaji Island Sakura-masu no Aburi-zushi (Sushi with Seared Awaji Island Cherry Trout)".

By searing the skin of the salmon, the savory aroma is appetizing!
We use Uzu no Oka's special red rice.
Serve as is with wasabi (Japanese horseradish) if desired!
The third is "Marinated Cherry Trout with Island Vegetables."
Marinated cherry salmon, island onions, wakame seaweed, lettuce, lemon, and other ingredients are arranged in a colorful and refreshing marinade☆.
The fourth is "Awaji Island Cherry Trout Wontons with Jitsu-Sansho Sauce."

Sakura trout, with its beautiful cherry-red flesh, is wrapped in a smooth, smooth wonton and shiso leaves.
