Today, we would like to introduce Awajishima 3-year torafugu, which is in season now.

Our restaurant offers an excellent albacore soup to savor.

We will offer "Awaji Island 3-year Torafugu no Mifuku Nabe"!

First, throw the globefish meat into the albacore soup and serve with a special ponzu jelly.

We also recommend to eat it rolled up with Awaji Island lettuce topped with fugu meat and ponzu jelly☆.

Finally, rice and condiments are thrown into the albacore soup!

Excellent when dipped in egg! Please enjoy Zosui (rice porridge) with milt soup (^^)
