A whole sheet of seaweed and rich, exquisite fresh sea urchin from Awaji Island is used,
This is a very luxurious ehomaki only for Setsubun!
Awaji Island seaweed topped with sushi rice and excellent fresh sea urchin,
Garnish with wasabi (Japanese horseradish) if you like, and serve with our special sea urchin soy sauce.
The direction of blessing this year is "Southwest".
