One swordfish, eat up!

Introducing "Tachio fish stick sushi"!

The fresher the silver foil on the surface, the more beautifully it remains, the fresher the fish is, and it is traded as a high-end fish.

At Uzu no Oka Restaurant with a spectacular view, we carefully select and purchase fresh, brightly colored, silvery-white swordfish.

The fish is then slowly laid on the kelp and combined with red rice to make bar-zushi!

First of all, please enjoy the taste of kombu-braised swordfish without adding anything to it (^^).

I'd like to see a change in taste...

In such a case, wrap it with shiso leaves. The fresh taste and aroma will give you a nice change.

Finally, please serve with Tosa soy sauce mixed with wasabi and sudachi!

With three different ways to eat it, even a single person will never get tired of it.

It is recommended to share it because of its large volume.
