Carefully selected Awaji beef "rib roast" is used!
First, in a sukiyaki-style broth richly fragrant with the aroma of Japanese pepper.
Enjoy the aroma of sansho (Japanese pepper) and the flavor of Awaji beef in shabu-shabu.
Next, add a generous amount of grated onion and meat and serve.
Finally, add the meat and soybean paste and mix, then sprinkle with the island tofu and raayu to taste.
